The Administrator of Consumer Credit may order and impose\n\ncivil penalties upon a person subject to the provisions of the\n\nDeferred Deposit Lending Act for violations of the Deferred Deposit\n\nLending Act or the rules promulgated to implement the Deferred\n\nDeposit Lending Act in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00) per violation. The Administrator may also order\n\nrepayment of unlawful fees charged to debtors.\n\nB. Any administrative order or settlement agreement imposing a\n\ncivil penalty pursuant to this section may be enforced in the same\n\nmanner as civil judgments in this state.
