Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3118","heading":"Consumer Credit Counseling Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Commission on Consumer Credit to be designated the \"Consumer\n\nCredit Counseling Revolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of fees\n\nreceived by the Administrator of Consumer Credit from deferred\n\ndeposit lenders for consumer credit counseling services pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Section 3119 of this title. The revolving fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall be under the administrative direction of the\n\nAdministrator.
