Each licensee shall keep and use in its business any books,\n\naccounts and records the Administrator of the Department of Consumer\n\nCredit may require for purposes of this act and the rules\n\npromulgated pursuant thereto. Every licensee shall preserve the\n\nbooks, accounts and records for at least four (4) years. Any\n\nlicensee, after receiving the prior written approval of the\n\nAdministrator, may maintain records at a location within or outside\n\nthis state.\n\nB. A licensee shall not engage in unfair or deceptive acts,\n\npractices or advertising in the conduct of the licensed business.\n\nC. A licensee shall not use any device or agreement, including\n\nagreements with affiliated licensees, with the intent to obtain\n\ngreater charges than otherwise would be authorized by this act.\n\nD. A licensee shall comply with any state or federal law, rule\n\nor regulation applicable to any business authorized or conducted\n\nunder this act, including but not limited to Oklahoma Regulation Z,\n\nthe federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C., Sections 1691-\n\n1691f, and the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15\n\nU.S.C., Section 1692 et seq.\n\nE. 1. No small loan subject to this act shall:\n\na. provide that the law of a jurisdiction other than\n\nOklahoma law applies,\n\nb. provide that the customer consents to the jurisdiction\n\nof another state or foreign country, or\n\nc. establish venue.\n\n2.
