Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3150.14","heading":"Promulgation of administrative rules – Examination and","body":"investigation of books, records and persons – Examination or\n\ninvestigation fees.\n\nA. The Administrator of the Department of Consumer Credit may\n\npromulgate administrative rules in accordance with the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act for the enforcement of this act.\n\nB. To assure compliance with this act, the Administrator may\n\nexamine the relevant business, books and records of any licensee.\n\nFurther, for the purposes of discovering violations of this act and\n\ndetermining whether persons are subject to this act, the\n\nAdministrator may examine or investigate persons licensed under this\n\nact and persons reasonably suspected by the Administrator of\n\nconducting business that requires a license under this act by\n\nexercising authority that includes, but is not limited to, the power\n\nto summon witnesses and examine them under oath or affirmation and\n\nto compel the production of books and records that may be relevant\n\nto the examination or investigation.\n\nC. A licensee or unlicensed person subject to the licensing\n\nrequirements of this act, that is examined or investigated in\n\naccordance with this act, shall pay to the Administrator the\n\nreasonable and actual expenses of the investigation or examination,\n\nincluding travel expenses, in addition to the supervision fee of\n\nSeven Hundred Dollars ($700.00). Such reasonable and actual\n\nexpenses shall include a fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per hour for\n\nexams lasting more than eight (8) hours. In-state travel expenses\n\nshall comply with such limitations and allowances as provided by the\n\nState Travel Reimbursement Act as found in Section 500.1 et seq. of\n\nTitle 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
