Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3150.16","heading":"Violations – Actions Department may take","body":"After notice and opportunity for a hearing, if the Administrator\n\nof the Department of Consumer Credit finds that a person has\n\nviolated this act or any administrative rule promulgated pursuant\n\nthereto, the Administrator may take the following actions or any\n\ncombination of such actions:\n\n1. Order the person to cease and desist violating the act or\n\nany administrative rule promulgated pursuant thereto;\n\n2. Require the refund of any fees collected by the person in\n\nviolation of this act; or\n\n3.
