Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3150.18","heading":"Consent orders – Enforcement action without prior","body":"hearing.\n\nA. The Administrator of the Department of Consumer Credit may\n\nenter into a consent order at any time with any person to resolve\n\nany matter arising under this act. A consent order shall be signed\n\nby the person to whom it is issued or a duly authorized\n\nrepresentative and shall indicate agreement to the terms contained\n\nin the order. A consent order need not constitute an admission by\n\nany person that any provision of this act or any administrative rule\n\nor order promulgated or issued under this act has been violated, nor\n\nneed it constitute a finding by the Administrator that the person\n\nhas violated this act or any administrative rule or order issued\n\nunder this act.\n\nB. Notwithstanding the issuance of a consent order, the\n\nAdministrator may seek civil or criminal penalties concerning\n\nmatters encompassed by the consent order.\n\nC. In cases involving extraordinary circumstances requiring\n\nimmediate action, the Administrator may take any enforcement action\n\nauthorized by this act without providing the opportunity for a prior\n\nhearing but shall promptly afford a subsequent hearing upon an\n\napplication to rescind the action taken that is filed with the\n\nAdministrator within twenty (20) days after receipt of the notice of\n\nthe Administrator's emergency action.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4ca0bbcd4b8381a73d7af46faa8d8e167ce6fa3e0f85c7036b5053ac4a9e16f8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-3150.17","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-3150.19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
