Any person aggrieved by the conduct of a licensee or\n\nunlicensed person in connection with regulated activities pursuant\n\nto this act, may file a written complaint with the Administrator of\n\nthe Department of Consumer Credit who may investigate the complaint.\n\nB. In the course of the investigation of the complaint, the\n\nAdministrator may:\n\n1. Subpoena witnesses;\n\n2. Administer oaths;\n\n3. Examine any individual under oath or affirmation; and\n\n4. Compel the production of records, books, papers, contracts\n\nor other documents relevant to the investigation.\n\nC. If any person fails to comply with a subpoena of the\n\nAdministrator under this act or to testify concerning any matter\n\nabout which the person may be interrogated under this act, the\n\nAdministrator may petition any court of competent jurisdiction for\n\nenforcement.\n\nD. The license of any licensee under this act who fails to\n\ncomply with a subpoena of the Administrator may be suspended pending\n\ncompliance with the subpoena.\n\nE.
