Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3150.20","heading":"Written report by licensee after occurrence of certain","body":"events.\n\nWithin fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of any one of the\n\nfollowing events, a licensee shall file a written report with the\n\nAdministrator of the Department of Consumer Credit describing the\n\nevent and its expected impact on the activities of the licensee in\n\nthis state:\n\n1. The filing for bankruptcy or reorganization by the licensee;\n\n2. Revocation or suspension proceedings instituted against the\n\nlicensee by any state or governmental authority;\n\n3. The denial of the opportunity to engage in the business of\n\nmaking loans by any state or governmental authority;\n\n4. Any felony indictment of the licensee or any of its\n\ndirectors, officers or principals;\n\n5. Any felony conviction of the licensee or any of its\n\ndirectors, officers or principals; and\n\n6.
