Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3150.22","heading":"Multistate automated licensing system – Administrator","body":"authority - Costs.\n\nA. In addition to any other powers conferred upon the\n\nAdministrator of the Department of Consumer Credit by law, the\n\nAdministrator is authorized to require persons subject to this act\n\nto be licensed through a multistate automated licensing system.\n\nPursuant to this authority, the Administrator may:\n\n1. Promulgate administrative rules that are reasonably\n\nnecessary for participation in, transition to or operation of a\n\nmultistate automated licensing system;\n\n2. Establish relationships or enter into agreements that are\n\nreasonably necessary for participation in, transition to or\n\noperation of a multistate automated licensing system. The\n\nagreements may include, but are not limited to, operating\n\nagreements, information-sharing agreements, interstate cooperative\n\nagreements and technology licensing agreements;\n\n3. Require that applications for licensing under this act and\n\nrenewals of such licenses may be filed with a multistate automated\n\nlicensing system;\n\n4. Require that any fees required to be paid under this act and\n\nrequired by a multistate automated licensing system may be paid\n\nthrough a multistate automated licensing system;\n\n5. Establish deadlines for transitioning licensees to a\n\nmultistate automated licensing system. The Administrator has the\n\nauthority to deny any applications or renewal applications not filed\n\nwith a multistate automated licensing system after such deadlines\n\nhave passed, notwithstanding any dates established elsewhere in this\n\nact; provided, however, the Administrator shall provide reasonable\n\nnotice of any transition deadlines to licensees; and\n\n6. Take such further actions as are reasonably necessary to\n\ngive effect to this section.\n\nB. Nothing in this section shall authorize the Administrator to\n\nrequire a person who is not subject to this act to submit\n\ninformation to or to participate in a multistate automated licensing\n\nsystem that is operated or participated in pursuant to this act.\n\nC. The Administrator shall retain full authority and discretion\n\nto license persons under this act and to enforce this act to its\n\nfullest extent. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to be a\n\nreduction or derogation of that authority and discretion.\n\nD. Applicants for and holders of licenses issued under this act\n\nshall pay all costs associated with submitting an application to or\n\ntransitioning a license to a multistate automated licensing system,\n\nas well as all costs required by a multistate automated licensing\n\nsystem for maintaining and renewing any license issued by the\n\nAdministrator on a multistate automated licensing system.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ce571a7a76ca282cff417b18a65133a5d0903f1d732d1e72852617277667511d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-3150.21","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-3150.23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
