Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3150.24","heading":"Application of federal or state laws to information","body":"provided to a multistate automated licensing system – Agreements\n\nwith other government agencies.\n\nA. In order to promote more effective regulation and reduce\n\nregulatory burden through supervisory information sharing, the\n\nrequirements under any federal or state law regarding the privacy or\n\nconfidentiality of any information or material provided to a\n\nmultistate automated licensing system and any privilege arising\n\nunder federal or state law, including the rules of any federal or\n\nstate court with respect to such information or material, shall\n\ncontinue to apply to the information or material after the\n\ninformation or material has been disclosed to a multistate automated\n\nlicensing system. The information or material may be shared with\n\nall state and federal regulatory officials with consumer credit\n\noversight authority without the loss of privilege or the loss of\n\nconfidentiality protections provided by federal or any state law,\n\nincluding the protection available under the laws of the State of\n\nOklahoma.\n\nB. For purposes of this section, the Administrator of the\n\nDepartment of Consumer Credit is authorized to enter into agreements\n\nor sharing agreements with other governmental agencies, the\n\nConference of State Bank Supervisors or other associations\n\nrepresenting governmental agencies as established by rule or order\n\nof the Administrator.\n\nC. Information or material that is subject to privilege or\n\nconfidentiality under this section shall not be subject to:\n\n1. Disclosure under any federal or state law governing the\n\ndisclosure to the public of information held by an officer or any\n\nagency of the federal government or the respective state; or\n\n2. Subpoena, discovery or admission into evidence in any\n\nprivate civil action or administrative process, unless with respect\n\nto any privilege held by a multistate automated licensing system\n\napplicable to such information or material, the person to whom such\n\ninformation or material pertains waives that privilege in whole or\n\nin part in the discretion of such person.\n\nD. This section shall supersede any inconsistent provisions of\n\nlaw pertaining to the records open to public inspection.\n\nE.
