On and after January 1, 2020, a person may apply for\n\nlicensure pursuant to the Oklahoma Small Lenders Act; provided,\n\nhowever, no person is authorized to make any small loan pursuant to\n\nthis act until August 1, 2020, and thereafter; and provided further,\n\nsuch person making any small loan must be in possession of a valid\n\nlicense issued pursuant to this act.\n\nB. Each application for a license shall be in a form\n\nestablished by the Administrator of the Department of Consumer\n\nCredit by promulgation of an administrative rule and shall include\n\nthe following:\n\n1. The legal name, residence and business address of the\n\napplicant and, if the applicant is a partnership, association or\n\ncorporation, the legal name, residence and business address of every\n\nmember, officer, managing employee and director of the applicant;\n\n2. Every person licensed under this act shall maintain an agent\n\nin this state for service of process. The name, address, telephone\n\nnumber and electronic mail address of the agent shall be filed with\n\nthe application. The Administrator shall be notified in writing by\n\nthe licensee at least five (5) days prior to any change in the\n\nstatus of an agent; and\n\n3.
