Stat. tit. 59, § 59-3204","heading":"Powers of State Board of Medical Licensure and","body":"Supervision.\n\nThe State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may:\n\n1. Promulgate rules, consistent with the laws of this state, as\n\nmay be necessary to enforce the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nAnesthesiologist Assistant Act. Rules shall be promulgated in\n\naccordance with Article I of the Administrative Procedures Act;\n\n2. Employ such personnel as necessary to assist the Board in\n\nperforming its function;\n\n3. Establish license renewal requirements and procedures as\n\ndeemed appropriate;\n\n4. Secure the services of resource consultants as deemed\n\nnecessary by the Board. Resource consultants shall be reimbursed\n\nfor all actual and necessary expenses incurred while engaged in\n\nconsultative service to the Board, pursuant to the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act;\n\n5. Enter into agreements or contracts, consistent with state\n\nlaw, with outside organizations for the purpose of developing,\n\nadministering, grading or reporting the results of licensing\n\nexaminations. Such groups shall be capable of providing an\n\nexamination which meets the standards of the NCCAA, or their\n\nequivalent; and\n\n6.
