The Board of Dentistry shall organize annually at the last\n\nregularly scheduled meeting of the Board before the beginning of\n\neach fiscal year, by electing from among its members a president, a\n\nfirst vice-president, a second vice-president, and a secretary-\n\ntreasurer. The duties of each officer shall be prescribed in the\n\nrules of the Board. The term of office of the persons elected\n\npresident, vice-presidents and secretary-treasurer shall be for the\n\nfollowing fiscal year and until their successors are elected and\n\nqualified.\n\nB. The Board shall hold regularly scheduled meetings during\n\neach quarter of the year at a time and place determined by the Board\n\nand may hold such additional regular meetings, special meetings,\n\nemergency meetings, or continued or reconvened meetings as found by\n\nthe Board to be expedient or necessary. A majority of the Board\n\nshall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.\n\nC. The Board shall act in accordance with the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Open Meeting Act, the Oklahoma Open Records Act and the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act.\n\nD. The responsibilities and rights of any member or employee of\n\nthe Board who acts within the scope of Board duties or employment\n\nshall be governed by the Governmental Tort Claims Act.\n\nE.
