Stat. tit. 59, § 59-328.23b","heading":"Retired volunteer licenses","body":"A dentist, dental hygienist or dental assistant who has been\n\nlicensed or permitted in good standing with the Board in excess of\n\ntwenty (20) years on a consecutive basis may apply for a retired\n\nvolunteer dentist, dental hygienist or dental assistant license or\n\npermit on a yearly basis to provide volunteer services. There shall\n\nbe no continuing education requirements.
