Professional entities formed pursuant to the Professional\n\nEntity Act, for the purpose of rendering professional services by a\n\ndentist, shall be subject to all of the provisions of the State\n\nDental Act, except that professional entities shall not be required\n\nto obtain a license from the Board of Dentistry. Individuals who\n\nhold a license issued by the Board shall be responsible, pursuant to\n\nthe State Dental Act, for their personal conduct without regard to\n\nthe fact that they are acting as an owner, manager, agent or\n\nemployee of, or the holder of an interest in, a professional entity.\n\nB. Professional entities formed for the purpose of rendering\n\nprofessional services by a dentist must register with the Board\n\nbefore rendering such services and must update the registration\n\nduring the renewal period of each year. The Board shall:\n\n1. Provide the form and establish the fee for the registration\n\nand update;\n\n2. Maintain a registry of all such professional entities; and\n\n3. Publish annually a summary of the registry.\n\nC. The Board is authorized to issue certificates pursuant to\n\nSection 804 of Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes and shall maintain\n\na record of each certificate issued.\n\nD.
