A mobile dental clinic providing dental treatment shall\n\nregister with the Board of Dentistry and provide the following\n\ninformation:\n\n1. The dentist or dentists that will be providing and/or\n\nsupervising dental treatment to patients;\n\n2. If the mobile dental clinic provides treatment to treatment\n\nfacilities and/or the general public;\n\n3. Types of treatment available and adequate infection control,\n\nas required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and\n\nthe Occupational Health and Safety Commission, and equipment and\n\nprocedures; and\n\n4. Other information deemed necessary by the Board to ensure\n\nthe protection of the public.\n\nB. Every permitted mobile dental clinic shall display in plain\n\nview a permit or designation of registration as required by the\n\nBoard.\n\nC.
