Stat. tit. 59, § 59-328.42","heading":"State Dental Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Board of Dentistry to be designated as \"The State Dental\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nBoard pursuant to the provisions of the State Dental Act.
