Stat. tit. 59, § 59-328.55","heading":"Death of patient - Notification of Board","body":"All licensees engaged in the practice of dentistry in this state\n\nshall notify the Board within twenty-four (24) hours of the\n\ndiscovery of a death of a patient, or an emergency hospital visit\n\nwhere the patient is admitted, pursuant to treatment in a dental\n\noffice and potentially related to the practice of dentistry by the\n\nlicensee.
