Upon the declaration by governmental officials of a health\n\npandemic or a state or federal disaster or emergency, dentists and\n\ndental hygienists and dental assistants working under the\n\nsupervision of a dentist or physician, acting in good faith, shall\n\nbe considered to be acting within the scope of their profession when\n\nproviding all needed care during such a declared local, state or\n\nnational emergency, and shall be allowed to perform services\n\nrequested of them.\n\nB. Dentists are authorized to administer vaccinations. All\n\ndentists shall comply with Centers for Disease Control and\n\nPrevention or State Department of Health documentation if required.\n\nC.
