Stat. tit. 59, § 59-328.61","heading":"Declaration of public policy","body":"It is the declared public policy of the State of Oklahoma that\n\nthe provision of quality dental health care is essential to the\n\nwell-being of all citizens of this state, as is the expeditious\n\nresolution of disputes relating to dental treatment. The monitoring\n\nand assessment of dental services through a mediation system is an\n\nefficient and reasonable method of providing an alternative dispute\n\nresolution mechanism for patient-dentist disputes while also\n\npromoting quality health care that addresses patients' concerns\n\nabout the quality of treatment.
