A mediation conducted through the Oklahoma Dental Mediation\n\nAct shall be voluntary and shall not be construed as a final action\n\nfor the purposes of injunctive relief or the basis for an appeal to\n\ndistrict court. A mediation committee, entities creating such\n\nmediation committees, members and staff of such mediation committee,\n\nand other persons who assist such mediation committees shall not be\n\nliable in any way for damages or injunctive relief under any law of\n\nthis state with respect to any action taken in good faith by such\n\nmediation committee.\n\nB. Any person who supplies information to a mediation committee\n\nin good faith and with reasonable belief that such information is\n\ntrue shall not be liable in any way for damages or injunctive relief\n\nunder any law of this state with respect to giving such information\n\nto the mediation committee.\n\nC. Either party involved in the mediation may request to be\n\ndismissed from the process at any time. Upon dismissal from the\n\nmediation program, the matter shall be referred back to the\n\nreferring entity.\n\nD.
