Stat. tit. 59, § 59-328.69","heading":"Review and hearing by the Board of Governors of","body":"Registered Dentists.\n\nThe Board of Dentistry shall review the record of the mediation\n\ncommittee recommendation and the state mediation appeals committee\n\nin determining any final appeal. The Board may conduct a formal\n\nhearing upon the request of a party or upon its own initiative and\n\nmay affirm, modify, or reverse the recommendation appealed. Any\n\nformal hearing shall be conducted by one or more members of the\n\nBoard as it may determine, and a hearing shall be conducted in\n\naccordance with such rules as it may prescribe.
