Stat. tit. 59, § 59-328.70","heading":"Reasonable procedural rules to be followed","body":"The mediation committee, the state mediation appeals committee,\n\nand the Board of Dentistry shall not be bound by common law or\n\nstatutory rules of evidence or by technical rules of procedure, but\n\nany hearing shall be conducted in such manner as to ascertain the\n\nsubstantial rights of the parties. Mediation committees, state\n\nmediation appeals committees, and the Board shall apply reasonable\n\nprocedural rules consistent with the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nDental Mediation Act.
