The protections of Section 328.64 of this title relating to\n\nthe records created by mediation committees shall apply equally to\n\nany records, documents, or proceedings produced in any appeal of a\n\nmediation committee recommendation or a state mediation appeals\n\ncommittee recommendation, and protections from liability contained\n\nin Section 328.63 of this title shall apply equally to persons\n\nconducting or participating in appeal proceedings.\n\nB.
