Sections 353 through 366 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall be known and may be cited as the \"Oklahoma Pharmacy\n\nAct\".\n\nB. It is the purpose of the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act to promote,\n\npreserve and protect the public health, safety and welfare by and\n\nthrough the effective control and regulation of the practice of\n\npharmacy and of the registration of drug outlets engaged in the\n\nmanufacture, production, sale and distribution of dangerous drugs,\n\nmedication, devices and such other materials as may be used in the\n\ndiagnosis and treatment of injury, illness and disease.\n\nC.
