Pharmacy technician applicants who are seventeen (17) years\n\nof age or older and enrolled in a youth apprenticeship program for\n\npharmacy technicians or a pharmacy technician training program\n\nthrough the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education\n\nshall complete Phase II pharmacy technician training in a pharmacy\n\nwithout the requirement to be a pharmacy employee. All pharmacy\n\ntechnician training programs shall be approved by the Oklahoma State\n\nBoard of Pharmacy initially and on an annual basis. This permit\n\nwill only be used for educational purposes for those enrolled in an\n\nOklahoma State Board of Pharmacy-approved program.\n\nB.
