Every pharmacy shall have the proper pharmaceutical\n\nequipment so that prescriptions can be filled, and the\n\npractice of pharmacy can be properly conducted. The\n\nState Board of Pharmacy shall prescribe the minimum\n\nprofessional and technical equipment and library which a\n\npharmacy shall at all times possess. The premises and\n\nequipment of such pharmacy shall be kept in a clean and\n\norderly manner. Drugs shall be maintained under\n\nconditions recommended by the manufacturer until\n\ndelivery to the patient. No pharmacy license shall be\n\nissued or continued until or unless such pharmacy has\n\ncomplied with the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act.\n\nB. The Board may from time to time require that scales and\n\nbalances be condemned, or other specific equipment changes be made.\n\nFailure by the pharmacy to comply with such requirements within\n\nsixty (60) days may result in revocation of the pharmacy license.\n\nC.
