Any person to sell any poison without distinctly\n\nlabeling the box, vessel or paper in which the poison is\n\ncontained with the name of the poison, the word \"poison\",\n\nand the name and the place of business of the seller; or\n\n2. Any pharmacist, or other person, to sell any poison without\n\ncausing an entry to be made in a book kept for that purpose before\n\ndelivering the same to the purchaser, stating the date of the sale,\n\nthe name and address of the purchaser, the name of the poison sold,\n\nthe purpose for which it is represented by the purchaser to be\n\nrequired, and the name of the dispenser. Such book shall always be\n\navailable for inspection by the proper authorities and shall be\n\npreserved for at least five (5) years.\n\nB.
