Nothing in the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act shall prevent\n\nveterinary prescription drugs from being shipped directly\n\nfrom an Oklahoma licensed wholesaler or distributor to a\n\nclient, provided such drugs may be supplied to the client\n\nonly on the order of a veterinarian licensed in this state\n\nand only when a valid veterinarian-client-patient\n\nrelationship exists.\n\nB. Drugs supplied pursuant to the provision of this section\n\nshall not be required to be certified by a pharmacist prior to being\n\nsupplied by a wholesaler or distributor.\n\nC. It shall be unlawful for a client or the client's authorized\n\nagent to acquire or use any prescription drug other than according\n\nto the label or outside of a valid veterinarian-client-patient\n\nrelationship.\n\nD. It shall be unlawful for a wholesaler or distributor\n\nlicensed in this state to sell a prescription-labeled drug to a\n\nclient or the client's authorized agent without a valid\n\nveterinarian-client-patient relationship in place.\n\nE.
