The use of agreements in the practice of pharmacy shall be\n\nacceptable within the rules promulgated by the State Board of\n\nPharmacy and in consultation with the State Board of Medical\n\nLicensure and Supervision and the State Board of Osteopathic\n\nExaminers.\n\nB. The Board shall develop and prepare permanent rules relating\n\nto training requirements and administration of immunizations and\n\ntherapeutic injections in consultation within the State Board of\n\nMedical Licensure and Supervision and the State Board of Osteopathic\n\nExaminers.\n\nC. A pharmacist who has completed a requisite course of\n\ntraining as approved by the Board in consultation with the State\n\nBoard of Medical Licensure and Supervision and the State Board of\n\nOsteopathic Examiners may administer therapeutic injections on\n\norders from a licensed prescriber, and may administer immunizations\n\nthat have been approved or authorized by the Food and Drug\n\nAdministration without a patient-specific prescription, standing\n\norder or similar arrangement.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b07287f800254808f57900b09bbfc2eefca87e4df80e7bbfe4db6e8b2eae7046","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-353.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-353.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
