Stat. tit. 59, § 59-353.9","heading":"Licensed pharmacists - Qualifications - Applications for","body":"examination - Fees - Certification.\n\nA. All other qualified persons may become licensed as a Doctor\n\nof Pharmacy upon passing an examination approved by the State Board\n\nof Pharmacy. Before any applicant is allowed to sit for such\n\nexaminations, such applicant shall submit to the Board sufficient\n\nproof that the applicant:\n\n1. Is a graduate of an accredited School or College of Pharmacy\n\napproved by the Board, or is a foreign pharmacy school graduate who\n\nhas received an FPGEC equivalency certification by the National\n\nAssociation of Boards of Pharmacy; and\n\n2. Has attained experience in the practice of pharmacy,\n\nobtained in a place and in a manner prescribed and approved by the\n\nBoard.\n\nB. Interns, preceptors and training areas shall make\n\napplication for a license, and shall pay a fee set by the Board, not\n\nto exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).\n\nC. All Doctor of Pharmacy applicants shall make application in\n\nthe form and manner prescribed by the Board, and deposit with the\n\nExecutive Director of the Board a fee set by the Board not to exceed\n\nTwo Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) plus the purchase price of the\n\nexamination. Upon passing an examination and meeting such other\n\nrequirements specified by the Board pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nPharmacy Act, the applicant shall be granted a license setting forth\n\nthe qualifications to practice pharmacy. Any applicant failing an\n\nexamination shall not sit for an additional examination until such\n\napplicant has made a new application and paid the fee provided\n\nherein.\n\nD. The Board shall have the power to issue reciprocal\n\ncertificates of licensure to applicants licensed in other states\n\nhaving like requirements. Such applicants shall be charged a fee\n\nnot to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).\n\nE. The Board shall have the power to issue original\n\ncertificates of licensure to applicants for the score transfer\n\nprocess administered by the National Association of Boards of\n\nPharmacy; provided, such applicants shall provide sufficient proof\n\nof compliance with the requirements of paragraphs 1 through 3 of\n\nsubsection A of this section.
