A prescription is the property of the patient for whom\n\nit is prescribed.\n\nB. No pharmacist shall refuse, upon request by that customer in\n\nperson or through an authorized pharmacist, to transfer a\n\nprescription to another pharmacy, or to supply a reference copy in\n\nwriting or by telephone.\n\nC.
