Stat. tit. 59, § 59-367.4","heading":"Criteria for accepting unused prescription drugs","body":"The following criteria shall be used in accepting unused\n\nprescription drugs for use under the Utilization of Unused\n\nPrescription Medications Act:\n\n1. Only prescription drugs in their original sealed unit dose\n\npackaging or unused injectables shall be accepted and dispensed\n\npursuant to the Utilization of Unused Prescription Medications Act;\n\n2. The packaging must be unopened, except that cancer drugs\n\npackaged in single-unit doses may be accepted and dispensed when the\n\noutside packaging is opened if the single-unit-dose packaging has\n\nnot been opened;\n\n3. Expired prescription drugs shall not be accepted;\n\n4. A prescription drug shall not be accepted or dispensed if\n\nthe person accepting or dispensing the drug has reason to believe\n\nthat the drug is adulterated;\n\n5. No controlled dangerous substances shall be accepted; and\n\n6.
