Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.10","heading":"Application - Rules of Board - Publication of changes","body":"in rules.\n\nAny person desiring to engage in the profession or business of\n\nembalming or funeral directing or both, as defined herein, shall\n\nmake application, be required to show all preliminary requisites,\n\ncomply with the rules of the Board, and take all examinations as\n\nshall be deemed necessary by the Board in its rules. The Board\n\nshall publish in its rules the subject to be covered in the\n\nexamination and the standards to be attained thereon.
