No person shall place any chemical substance, fluid or gas\n\non or in dead human remains who is not a licensed embalmer. This\n\nprohibition shall not apply to a registered apprentice, working\n\nunder the supervision of a licensed embalmer and shall not apply to\n\nmedical students or their teachers in state-maintained medical\n\nschools in this state.\n\nB.
