Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.12d","heading":"Violations - Penalties - Liabilities","body":"Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Funeral\n\nServices Licensing Act or rule or regulation promulgated or order\n\nissued pursuant thereto, after notice and hearing pursuant to\n\nArticle II of the Administrative Procedures Act, shall be subject to\n\nany of the following penalties and liabilities authorized by the\n\nFuneral Services Licensing Act:\n\n1. License or certificate of apprenticeship revocation, denial,\n\nsuspension or nonrenewal;\n\n2. Administrative fines;\n\n3. Injunctive proceedings; and\n\n4.
