Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.17","heading":"Board - Officers - Rules","body":"\n\nThe Oklahoma Funeral Board shall have the power to select from\n\nits own members a president and a vice-president and to make, adopt,\n\npromulgate and enforce reasonable rules for the:\n\n1. Transaction of its business;\n\n2. Sanitary management of funeral homes;\n\n3. Work of embalmers and apprentices;\n\n4. Management of the Board's affairs;\n\n5. Betterment and promotion of the educational standards of the\n\nprofession of embalming and the standards of service and practice to\n\nbe followed in the profession of embalming and funeral directing in\n\nthis state; and\n\n6.
