Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.1C","heading":"Executive director of Board - Powers and duties –","body":"Collection and disposition of funds.\n\nThe executive director of the Board shall keep and preserve all\n\nrecords of the Board, issue all necessary notices to the embalmers,\n\nfuneral directors and apprentices of the state, and perform such\n\nother duties as may be imposed upon the executive director by the\n\nBoard. The executive director is hereby authorized and empowered to\n\ncollect, in the name and on behalf of the Board, the fees prescribed\n\nin the Funeral Services Licensing Act, and all fees so collected\n\nshall at the end of each month be deposited by the executive\n\ndirector with the State Treasurer. The State Treasurer shall place\n\nten percent (10%) of the money so received in the general fund of\n\nthe state, and the balance in a special fund to be known as the\n\n\"Fund of the Oklahoma Funeral Board\". Payment from the fund shall\n\nbe upon warrants drawn by the State Treasurer against claims\n\nsubmitted by the Board to the Director of the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
