Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.33","heading":"Cremation without license and permit a felony","body":"Disposing of the body of a deceased person by cremation or other\n\nsimilar means, within the State of Oklahoma, except in a crematory\n\nduly licensed as provided for in Section 25 of this act and under a\n\nspecial permit for cremation issued in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of Section 1-329.1 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nis hereby declared to be a Class D1 felony offense.
