Any person engaged or who may engage in:\n\na. the practice or profession of funeral directing or\n\nembalming,\n\nb. maintaining the business of a funeral establishment or\n\ncommercial embalming establishment,\n\nc. the sale of any funeral service merchandise, or\n\nd. providing funeral services; and\n\n2.
