The Oklahoma Funeral Board shall set fees pursuant to\n\nrule for all licenses, registrations, examinations, and renewals\n\nrequired by the Funeral Services Licensing Act.\n\n2. Until the Oklahoma Funeral Board sets fees pursuant to rule,\n\nthe following shall be the fees charged for the licenses,\n\nregistrations, and examinations required by the Funeral Services\n\nLicensing Act:\n\nFuneral Director License or Renewal $75.00\n\nAssistant Funeral Director License or Renewal $150.00\n\nEmbalmer License or Renewal $75.00\n\nRegistration for Funeral Director/Embalmer Apprentice $150.00\n\nExtension of Funeral Director/Embalmer Apprentice $150.00\n\nEmbalmer Examination $100.00\n\nFuneral Director Examination $100.00\n\nState Law Examination $100.00\n\nFuneral Establishment License or Renewal $250.00\n\nCommercial Embalming Establishment License or Renewal $250.00\n\nReciprocal License for Funeral Director or Embalmer $150.00\n\nChange of Funeral Director in Charge $150.00\n\nCrematory License or Renewal $250.00\n\nB. The Oklahoma Funeral Board shall assess Three Dollars\n\n($3.00) for each disposition performed by the licensed funeral\n\nestablishment or commercial embalming establishment. The\n\ndisposition fee shall be payable upon renewal of the license as\n\nprovided in subsection E of this section and shall be calculated\n\nfrom November 1 of the preceding calendar year to October 31 of the\n\ncurrent calendar year for each licensee. For purposes of this\n\nsubsection, “disposition” means each time the licensed establishment\n\nfiles an original death certificate pursuant to Section 1-317 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. Fees for funeral director, embalmer, and state law\n\nexaminations shall be paid prior to the scheduled examination. An\n\nexamination fee shall not be refundable.\n\nD. The Oklahoma Funeral Board is authorized to determine and\n\nfix special administrative service fees. Each such fee shall not be\n\nin excess of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).\n\nE. If any renewal fee required by this section is not paid on\n\nor before December 31 of each year, the amount of the fee shall be\n\ndoubled and if the fee is not paid on or before April 30 of the\n\nsubsequent year, the licensee shall be in default and the license\n\nshall terminate automatically.\n\nF. All examinations of the Oklahoma Funeral Board shall be\n\nexempt from the Oklahoma Open Records Act in order to maintain the\n\nintegrity of the examination process.
