Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.5","heading":"Expiration of license - Renewal","body":"All licenses issued by the Board shall expire on the 31st day of\n\nDecember of each year. The Board shall issue a renewal for such\n\nlicense without further examination upon the payment of a renewal\n\nfee as required by Section 396.4 of this title.
