Stat. tit. 59, § 59-396.5a","heading":"Inactive military service list - Not subject to renewal","body":"fees - Reinstatement on discharge.\n\nAll funeral directors and/or embalmers regularly licensed in\n\nthis state, who are or become members of the armed forces of the\n\nUnited States, shall upon proper notification to the executive\n\ndirector of the Oklahoma Funeral Board be placed upon the inactive\n\nmilitary service list to be kept by the executive director and shall\n\nnot be subject to the payment of renewal fees upon their licenses as\n\nfuneral directors and/or embalmers until they have been discharged\n\nfrom the military service of the United States and desire to\n\npractice their profession in this state.
