Every administrative body, state agency director or official\n\nwith authority over any occupational or professional license or\n\ncertification, and each of the respective examining and licensing\n\nboards, shall, upon presentation of satisfactory evidence of\n\nequivalent education, training and experience by an applicant for\n\ncertification or licensure, accept the education, training, and\n\nexperience completed by the individual as a member of the Armed\n\nForces or Reserves of the United States, National Guard of any\n\nstate, the Military Reserves of any state, or the Naval Militias of\n\nany state, and apply it in the manner most favorable toward\n\nsatisfying the qualifications for issuance of the requested license\n\nor certification or approval for license examination in this state.\n\nB. Each agency director or official, and each examining and\n\nlicensing board, shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions\n\nof this section.\n\nC.
