Stat. tit. 59, § 59-4100.5","heading":"Expediting endorsement of licenses or certifications","body":"for military spouses.\n\nA. Every agency, board or commission shall establish a\n\nprocedure to expedite endorsement of licenses or certifications for\n\nmilitary spouse applicants; provided, the military service member is\n\non active duty within this state or claims permanent residency in\n\nthis state for the six (6) months prior to assignment to active duty\n\nor during the period of active duty.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, each agency,\n\nboard or commission shall establish a procedure to expedite the\n\nissuance of a license, certification or permit to perform\n\noccupational or professional services regulated by each such board\n\nto a person:\n\n1. Who is certified or licensed in another state to perform\n\noccupational or professional services in a state other than the\n\nState of Oklahoma;\n\n2. Whose spouse is an active-duty member of the Armed Forces of\n\nthe United States;\n\n3. Whose spouse is subject to a military transfer to this\n\nstate; and\n\n4. Who left employment in another state to accompany the\n\nperson's spouse to this state.\n\nC. The procedures to expedite licensure or certification shall\n\ninclude:\n\n1. Issuing the person a license, certificate or permit, if, in\n\nthe opinion of the agency, board or commission the requirements for\n\ncertification or licensure of the other state are substantially\n\nequivalent to those required by this state; or\n\n2. Developing a method to authorize the person to perform\n\noccupational or professional services regulated by the agency, board\n\nor commission in this state by issuing the person a temporary\n\npermit, certificate or license for a limited period of time to allow\n\nthe person to perform occupational or professional services while\n\ncompleting any specific requirements in this state that were not\n\nrequired in the state in which the person was licensed or certified.\n\nD.
