Every licensed architect, landscape architect, registered\n\ncommercial interior designer, partnership, corporation, limited\n\nliability company, or limited liability partnership shall pay to the\n\nBoard a renewal fee as prescribed by the rules of the Board prior to\n\nor on June 30 of odd years. No license, registration, certificate\n\nof authority, or certificate of title shall be issued or renewed for\n\nlonger than two (2) years. Upon receipt of the fee, the Board shall\n\nissue a renewal, which shall authorize the person, partnership,\n\ncorporation, limited liability company, or limited liability\n\npartnership to practice architecture, landscape architecture or use\n\nthe title registered commercial interior designer, as the case may\n\nbe, in this state.\n\nB. The license of an architect or landscape architect or the\n\nregistration of a registered commercial interior designer which has\n\nbeen canceled by the Board for nonpayment of dues may be renewed at\n\nany time within three (3) years from the date of the cancellation,\n\nupon payment to the Board of the fees and any penalties prescribed\n\nby the Board. If a license or registration, initially granted by\n\nthe State of Oklahoma that was the sole license of a professional,\n\nremains canceled for a period exceeding three (3) consecutive years,\n\nit may be reinstated subject to Board review. Upon review, the\n\nBoard may prescribe a test or an examination in order to determine\n\ncontinued competency of the licensee or registrant. An individual\n\nwho is licensed in another jurisdiction and whose Oklahoma license\n\nhas been canceled for a period exceeding three (3) consecutive years\n\nmay reapply as prescribed in the rules of the Board.
