Stat. tit. 59, § 59-46.12","heading":"Reinstatement of license, registration or certificate","body":"After the expiration of a period of six (6) months and upon\n\npayment to the Board of a fee as prescribed by the rules of the\n\nBoard, a person or entity whose license or certificate of authority\n\nhas been suspended or revoked for cause, pursuant to the provisions\n\nof the State Architectural and Licensed Interior Designers Act, may\n\nfile an application with the Board for the reinstatement of said\n\nlicense or certificate of authority.
