Stat. tit. 59, § 59-46.15","heading":"Appeals from Board - Jurisdiction of District Court of","body":"Oklahoma County.\n\nAny person or entity aggrieved by a final order of the Board may\n\nappeal from such decision by filing a petition in the District Court\n\nof Oklahoma County within thirty (30) days from the date of such\n\nfinal order. The District Court of Oklahoma County shall have\n\njurisdiction of an appeal from the Board, and shall have power to\n\naffirm, reverse or modify the decisions of the Board. Such appeals\n\nshall be subject to the law and practice applicable to other civil\n\nactions.
