Stat. tit. 59, § 59-46.17","heading":"Criminal penalties","body":"Any person or entity convicted of violating any provision of the\n\nState Architectural and Licensed Interior Designers Act shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor. The continued violation of any provision\n\nof the State Architectural and Licensed Interior Designers Act\n\nduring each day shall be deemed to be a separate offense. Upon\n\nconviction thereof, the person or entity shall be punished by\n\nimprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one (1) year, or by a\n\nfine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both\n\nsuch fine and imprisonment for each offense.
