Stat. tit. 59, § 59-46.25","heading":"Seal of architect","body":"Each architect shall have a seal, the image of which must\n\ncontain the name of the architect, the person's license number and\n\nthe words \"Licensed Architect, State of Oklahoma\".\n\nAll technical submissions prepared by such architect, or under\n\nthe responsible control of the architect, shall be sealed, signed\n\nand dated, which shall mean that the architect was in responsible\n\ncontrol over the content of such technical submissions during their\n\npreparation and has applied the required professional standard of\n\ncare. No architect may sign or seal technical submissions unless\n\nthey were prepared by or under the responsible control of the\n\narchitect, except that:\n\n1. The person may sign or seal those portions of the technical\n\nsubmissions that were prepared by or under the responsible control\n\nof persons who are licensed under the State Architectural and\n\nLicensed Interior Designers Act if the architect has reviewed and\n\nadapted in whole or in part such portions and has either coordinated\n\ntheir preparation or integrated them into the work; and\n\n2. The person may sign or seal those portions of the technical\n\nsubmissions that are not required to be prepared by or under the\n\nresponsible control of an architect if the architect has reviewed\n\nand adapted in whole or in part such submissions and integrated them\n\ninto the work.
